1. Responsibility for data processing
1.1 The data controller is KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium
As such, KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD determines the purposes and the technical and legal means of the processing of personal data and undertakes to take all the organizational measures necessary to ensure safe processing in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “the Law”) and to the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data. personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR Regulation).
1.2. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes the personal data of users at his request and on his behalf. Where applicable, KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD undertakes to select a subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees as to the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.
2. Processing of personal data
2.1. Use of the Site and access to some of its sections or to any request for information or services from users may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of this personal data by the company KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD in its capacity as Data Controller will comply with the GDPR Law and Regulation.
2.2. This Privacy Charter is intended to allow users to know, before accessing the various sections of the Site and communicating their personal data, how KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD treats the personal data of users. The user must necessarily read it before communicating his personal data by completing the forms provided for this purpose in the various sections of the Site.
2.3 Personal data is mainly processed automatically, with procedures strictly linked to the purposes mentioned in point 3.

3.1. According to the different sections of the Site, the purposes of the processing of personal data will be as follows:
- authorize the user to register on the Site, because in some cases authorization is required to access specific sections or services of the Site;

With respect to each of users’ visits to the Site, we automatically collect the following information:
- Technical information, including the IP address used to connect, the type of browser, the time zone, the types of browser plug-ins, the operating system and the platform;
- Information on user visits, including URLs, page response times, download errors, duration of visits to certain pages; like scrolling, clicks, and hovers.
6. Consent

7. Retention period of personal data
In accordance with the legal requirements imposed by the Law and the GDPR Regulations, KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD only keeps user’s personal data for the time reasonably necessary to allow the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are processed …
8. Communication of users’ personal data for internal purposes
8.1. Personal data may be transmitted to employees or collaborators of the Marketing department of KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD who, by operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed data controllers or subcontractors of this data and will receive the appropriate operational instructions. Personal data may also be brought to the attention of employees or employees of managers if the latter, appointed by KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD, so decide, provided that these data are processed in accordance with the purposes pursued.
8.2. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD ensures that its employees or collaborators guarantee the same level of protection as itself and it ensures that these employees or collaborators, will process personal data only for the purposes authorized by the purposes pursued, with the discretion and the security required.
9. The rights of recognized users
9.1. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees fair and lawful processing of users’ personal data.
9.2. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right of access to the user to his personal data. In accordance with article 15 of the GDPR Regulation, the user has the right to obtain from KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD the following information (but not exhaustive) concerning his personal data:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the retention period of personal data and the criteria used to determine this period;
9.3. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right of rectification and erasure of personal data to the user.
In accordance with article 16 of the GDPR Regulation, incorrect or inaccurate data can be corrected or deleted at any time. It is up to the user to make the necessary modifications himself from his user account first, and then to ask KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD to make these modifications if they cannot be carried out independently.
The user has the right to obtain the erasure of his personal data in the cases listed in article 17 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.4. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right to limit processing. The user has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his personal data in the cases listed in article 18 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.5. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right to data portability.
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation, users have the right to receive from KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD obstructing it in the cases provided for by the GDPR Regulation.
9.6. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right to oppose data processing The user has the right at any time to oppose the processing of his personal data when there are legitimate reasons relating to a particular situation.
9.7. KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD guarantees the right to lodge a complaint The user has the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of his personal data by KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy, the competent body for the territory Belgian.

10. Limitation of liability of the controller
The Site may contain hypertext links to websites controlled and operated by third parties unrelated to KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD. Where applicable, KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, nor for the personal data protection practices of these third parties.
KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD cannot be held responsible for the loss, corruption of data or identity theft, which may be caused in particular, but not limited to, by the presence of viruses or computer attacks.
The Site does not contain information intended for KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD without parental consent. Consequently, KARAMAT COSMETICS LTD invites all persons exercising parental authority over minors to inform them about safe and responsible use of the internet
11. Modalities for modifying the user’s “profile”

12. Modification of the Privacy Policy
